My favourite place to go to get my nails done - the surroundings manage to be sleek and professional but cosy and welcoming all at once, which is mostly down to the staff who are always lovely. Gabriela has never done me wrong, love my results!

Booked appointment through Treatwell with advance payment then was refused at the door. Told to come back in 3 hours when they could fit me in. Didn’t even come out to speak to me - called me from the back room. Very disappointing and now fighting to get my money back!
