I've visited Sandy before and she's fantastic at what she does. Her facials always leave my skin feeling refreshed and clean. However, this time was a bit disappointing. The facial started eight minutes late, cutting it short to only 37 minutes. The ambiance wasn't very relaxing, and instead of feeling rejuvenated, I left feeling a bit stressed. Overall, it felt rushed and not as enjoyable as my previous experiences. I would’t leave the review but been asked to do so.
