Extremely disappointed. My lash appointment was rushed and by the next day all of my lashes had fallen off. I paid a lot of money and expected them to last longer than a single day. Definitely not worth it. Will be requesting a refund.

This was the worst facial I have experienced!
The room and bed felt dirty, there was no ambience and the treatment wasn't explained to me, the creams blocked my nose and the steam was in my face that I struggled to breath, cold water was used! Awful

Arrived for my 11:00 appointment to find the door locked and no one present. Calls to the salon went unanswered. The therapist arrived shortly after, but the start felt disorganised.
The room was cold and didn’t feel very clean. There was no music, so street noise could be heard throughout. Cold water was used during the facial, adding to the discomfort, and no moisturiser was applied after the face mask.
The therapist was pleasant, but overall the experience did not justify the £50 charge.
