Peshhair & Beauty Salon is simply non-existent. It is nowhere to be found, and the lady I had booked had stopped working there 6 months ago. I will be expecting a full refund from Treatwell asap who should make sure to update their website.

Absolute waste of time and petrol!!! After receiving a confirmation email from you travelled 18 miles to get there to be told the lady is not there anymore and the shop is now a barbers!!! Will not be using this site again.

I don't like giving bad reviews, but in this case has no other option. This place is the biggest disappointment with no exaggeration, the pictures you see on the Peshhair & Beauty Salon's profile (https://www.treatwell.co.uk/place/peshhair-beauty-salon/) has nothing to do with reality, those are clearly stock images to entice people in. The profile is really MISLEADING, as the name of the place in reality is something completely different - I was hardly found it, but the address matched. The place is dirty, full of stuff everywhere; I'd really advise everyone to have a visit in person before they even consider booking here. The service is aweful. I am sorry to say this but the male hairdresser (not sure his name, but the only one male present there), seemed had hardly done haircuts before. How he used even the hair clipper (like upside down movement to trip hair), but especially as he made random cuts with scissor on the top at random length, not even using his fingers to guide for lengths of a comp. I am Caucasian, so maybe he just hasn't cut such hair, only Afro-Caribbean (maybe I should have paid attention when booking but they didn't say don't come in as we can't cut your hair, and my hair is straight and only requires machine clipping and scissor cut, so should be fairly simple. its a simple men's haircut, so really what skill does it take??); but genuinely I will never plan to go back. I paid in advance (worst £10 ever spent) via the app, so I couldn't even argue to get a reimbursement, I was just so angry.
