This was a truly awful experience. The lady who performed my hollywood clearly had little or no experience in intimate waxing.
It was a very painful wax and I left bleeding with half my skin on the strip and in tears. Another lady had to come in and try to fix the mess and finish the wax, but due to the skin damage caused by the earlier lady, the hot wax was too painful to apply and she wasn't able to complete some of it.
The second lady tried to console me and was sweet but by then I was so upset and I felt very vulnerable on the couch.
I had pre-paid on Treatwell and the nice lady wasn't even able to offer me a refund. Didn't care at the time, I just wanted to get out of there. I really hope this doesn't happen to another customer.

The most unprofessional massage I had, I’m really sorry to say that but like you ask your friend to give a massage... I think therapist should remove all jewels to not hurt client, should not arrive with a cup of tea in the treatment room(specially if you didn’t offer for your client), should not take phone call, should not leave the room more time during treatment or if she does, should close the door to not make client so cold. I booked back and shoulder massage. She told me at the begging she will massage my leg, because it helps with my back pain. I told her I don’t really like that but finally said ok. She didn’t tell me it will last longer time or have to pay more. End of the treatment she ask me double money saying it was a full body 45 minutes massage what I found really unfair therefore I paid what I should.
