To me this was the best massage experience ever - focused on both body and mind helped to release the stress and put me back in balance.

The lady that does the treatments can't do nough for you. The additional spa facilities are small but nice. I wish there was a quiet area to sit and read my book whilst my friend had her treatment as the coffee shop was full of business people having meetings or preparing for one. Massage was great and the room it was done in was lovely.

The Caci treatments are fantastic take the full 10 course or more like me if you want a tighter look. They are not relaxing but boy do the benefits reap rewards. Fully recommended and very talented therapist who will only do what is needed and not suggest treatments that are not beneficial. Give it a go or buy as a present for someone absolutely perfect treatment for men and ladies
