Perfectus Derma Aesthetics is a nurse-led medical aesthetics clinic in Soho, London, specialising in bespoke, evidence-based treatments designed to enhance natural features and support long-term skin health.

Founded by experienced NHS practitioners Arkadiusz Bulanda and Terry Robson, the clinic takes a personalised, medical approach to aesthetics. Every treatment is tailored to the individual, with a focus on subtle, balanced results and patient safety.

All treatments are carried out by Registered Nurses who are Independent Prescribers, ensuring expert clinical care at every stage.

Arkadiusz (Arek)
Co-founder and Clinical Lead, Arek is an Advanced Clinical Practitioner and Independent Prescriber with over 17 years of NHS experience in emergency and critical care, and more than 6 years in medical aesthetics. He holds a Level 7 qualification in Medical Aesthetics and specialises in facial aesthetics and skin-focused treatments.

Terry
Co-founder and Clinical Lead, Terry is a Registered Nurse and Independent Prescriber with 14 years of NHS experience in emergency medicine. He has a particular interest in regenerative aesthetics and non-injectable treatments, supporting a holistic and results-driven approach.

Olivia
Registered Nurse and Independent Prescriber, Olivia is part of the clinical team delivering safe, personalised treatments. She is committed to maintaining high clinical standards while ensuring a comfortable and supportive patient experience.

Alejandra
Registered Nurse and Independent Prescriber, Alejandra is an experienced aesthetics practitioner known for her warm, patient-focused approach and attention to detail. She supports a wide range of treatments, with a focus on achieving natural, balanced results.
