Though my nails looked fine when I left I felt really unwelcome the whole time I was there. The atmosphere was tense with a client coming in swearing since she was late and missed her appointment; a staff member then made negative comments about a different client over the phone. Worst off was my technician who was just mean all around, rolling her eyes at me or sighing constantly like I was annoying her just by being there. I sat there not speaking staring at the wall as much as possible.

Great care was taken not to damage nails even though this meant taking more time than planned on removal. Gels lasted well.
