Diana was amazing. I am obsessed with my lashes.
Whole experience was not great ,however, due to her colleague who tried to move me into another room mid treatment, was hoovering in the middle of my relaxing time and disturbing me and entered the treatment room without knocking or excusing herself.
My ‘me time’ was rather ruined due to this colleague.
Diana was wonderful however.

I would describe this salon as a nail salon which also offers other services. I get the feeling they are very good at their core activity but certainly not at the 'other services'. My treatment took significantly more time than usual but achieved less than 30% of the desired result.
