The treatments I had were amazing and the consultants are all very caring and calm. The experience, however, was not seamless. My appointments were not booked properly and had to rebook them at different dates and times. To add insult to injury even 2 of my rebooked appointments were not in the system, luckily I checked the day before and went somewhere else.
