Tulin was lovely and very welcoming, made the experience enjoyable and comfortable for me. Not the cleanest wax I’ve had as I usually opt for hot wax over strip wax but once I voiced this to tulin she said she was going to bring in hot wax for next time. Overall I’m happy with my experience. Thank you:)
