This was my first ever massage, and Elena made it a comfortable experience. She spoke to me about why I was having one and what I wanted from it, and focussed on the areas I was concerned with, whilst also covering all other areas (and picking up on things I hadn't realised needed attention). Initial soreness (I needed a deep pressure) has subsided and i can already feel the benefits of the visit. I will definitely be heading back and would recommend it to anyone

First visit here & only booked on the day . Foot massage was not just foot but lower leg & up to knee. Was quite powerful in the arches & side of feet but they probably needed it. Nice surroundings. It might be nice if there was an offer of a glass of water after treatment/s as always advice is to drink plenty of water before & after & tht might help. Lovely overall.
