Had a lot of back pain, Elena took the time to understand the issue and provided a fantastic massage that relieved the tightness in my lower back. Just the right amount of pressure to be effective and combined with stretching to deliver a great result. Really recommend.

Lovely experience - I hadn’t had a massage for a while so was very tense. Elaine really worked hard on my shoulder to ease knots & loosen up. Although sore as expected, feel so much relaxed. Definitely returning! 😃
