I had a full body , head and foot massage. This was awesome. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and experience pain and stiffness allover. Which can be very delibilitating. I felt so relax after. And felt significantly less stiff in my body. Although it was only temporary relief, it was well worth it. Plus it helped with my sleep (which i dont get much of these days, due to both Fibro and peri menopause)would definitely recommend Perfect Touch.
