Showing up for my appointment I found out this venue does not take card payment.so I could not proceed. This was a complete inconvenience and disappointment for me. The venue seemed unconcerned and then posted my appointment on Treatwell as a No Show when clearly I had.

This is my local nail salon and I regularly visit to get acrylic nails. Never been disappointed, they listen if I want to fix something, they always check in during the appointment to make sure everything looks good and I'm happy. 10/10
