I had a BIAB infill appointment for 6:15pm, I came in a few minutes before and it looked really busy. Nobody spoke to me as I arrived and as it was my first time there I wasn’t sure what the procedure was. I got seen 30 minutes late, and I was passed around between technicians. Service was quick in the end but lacked attention to detail and customer care.
