Usually go elsewhere to get my BIAB but thought I would try something new. Unfortunately after the last few times of having BIAB removed I've felt like it was done quite carelessly and roughly, and it's left me with extremely damaged nails. This most recent time my nails are incredibly weak to the point where I've had half of my nail snap off on one finger while just doing daily tasks. I've never experienced my nails being damaged this badly after BIAB before and I'm really disappointed
