I planned to get SNS but was told to try BIAB as it will strengthen my nails. I’ve had shellac many times and have therefore used UV lamps but this time, when I put my hands under I got a horrible burning feeling on my nails - it was really painful. I yanked my hand out and the technician said “it’s fine” so I carried on. Since she said it’s fine I presumed it was safe but the process was very painful and won’t be getting BIAB again.
