The shop itself is nice and the staff were friendly. However there’s issues with the service.
I was passed between employees. They took way too much length off my natural nails and they were heavy handed with the buffer making my nails ache. The oval/ almond shape they filed is very unflattering and makes my nails look wide and stubby. The acrylic gel has been laid on too thick and looks bulbous (not in an apex way which I know if for safety). The gel polish is also uneven. I will not be back.
