Nail biting spiralled = 1st ever BIAB. Friendly team, welcoming regular customers by name. Wasn’t shamed for the biting. Trang explained each step throughout and made an action plan for coming weeks to recover my nails. The manicure is top quality!

I had booked my appointment specifically with Sophia, but on arrival, a different technician attended to me. I did mention that I had booked Sophia, but unfortunately, that was overlooked.
While I understand things can get busy, I wanted to share a bit of feedback. During the session, I asked for some suggestions regarding nail polish,but the technician didn’t seem confident or able to guide me. He was also quite quiet throughout, which made the experience feel less engaging.
