I had booked my appointment specifically with Sophia, but on arrival, a different technician attended to me. I did mention that I had booked Sophia, but unfortunately, that was overlooked. While I understand things can get busy, I wanted to share a bit of feedback. During the session, I asked for some suggestions regarding nail polish,but the technician didn’t seem confident or able to guide me. He was also quite quiet throughout, which made the experience feel less engaging.
