I had a lymphatic drainage by Mary, she was very thorough, and has relieved tight muscles, the pain in my back has gone. I felt much better afterwards, each time I have been. I feel much lighter, the drainage certainly works to empty my stomach and water retention. Really enjoyed the massage, very professional and relaxing atmosphere. Behaves professionally and friendly. Highly recommend.

Mary really got in to all the knots and found some I didn't expect! I realised my back pain is actually cause by issues with my leg/glute muscles which will be super useful to keep in mind going forward with my training.
