My lashes fell out in less than a week. When contacted about it she tried to suggest it was my fault (ie rough sleeping, face oils, water on it less than 24h after it had been done) even though i have done my lashes with her before & know how to retain lashes. After pressuring her to redo it she cancelled twice and refused to give me a refund for a service that was not provided (lashes that last 2+ weeks not <5 days). Will not be returning again.

I booked a appointment 2 weeks ago and when I come for my appointment the boyfriend told me she doesn’t do lashes anymore. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable as a business
