Rushed service. I had to go to another salon to have my nails filed and changed as the set put on was wonky and thick, with all nails different lengths. They didn’t even disinfect my nails first. Didn’t listen to what I wanted and just did what they could be bothered to do. Really cheap products used.

I’ve been to this salon quite a few times but the last two times have been really terrible. One time they cut my cuticle so it bled and filed down some nails way shorter than the rest. Another nicer therapist took over and did a good job of fixing it so I felt happy with the end result. This time returning my nails looks so amateur. When I said I wasn’t happy he was really rude and said “you always complain just pay”. Never going back there again - it’s gone so downhill! Such a shame!

The staff is friendly and know their stuff. Previously, they have advised against shellac manicure since my nails were too weak, but offered an alternative (and cheaper) treatment instead. Massive respect for this, as it seemed that they care more about my 'nail health' than the money they would make.
+ I'd recommend going on off-peak if you can - it often gets a bit chaotic during peak hours as they try to help multiple people at once which often results on ~60-90minutes for a shellac mani
