Was delighted to be able to book same day appointment due to a cancellation. The salon is lovely and was very pleased with my haircut by Lauren. I have long, thick hair which needed a proper tidy up! The stylist consulted me throughout the session making sure I was happy with the process, length of hair to be cut etc. So happy with the cut and style and feel so much better...thank you.

Kasia was excellent and very detail-oriented! On top of her professional demeanour and top of the line skills, she was very friendly and made sure I left with a haircut that was nothing short of exactly what I imagined. I'll absolutely come again!
