I had my waxing appointment with Wonu, and she was incredibly gentle and patient throughout the process. I hadn’t waxed in months, so the hair had grown quite a bit, but she took her time and made me feel completely at ease. What really stood out was that she even checked in on me the next day to see how I was doing — such thoughtful aftercare! Highly recommend her.

Wonu was incredibly friendly, we had some lovely chats throughout the session, which made me feel very relaxed.
She provided anti-bac wipes and disposable knickers at the start, which was a great touch - made the beginning of the treatment feel very hygienic & professional.
As Wonu is still fairly new, she was open to feedback & really receptive to my preferences based on what has worked well for me in past Hollywood waxing sessions. I really appreciated her considerate and attentive approach

I haven’t had a Hollywood wax in years and wanted to start again after getting tired of shaving but I was really nervous because of the pain but Wonu really put my mind at ease and it came out beautifully! She advised me to keep up with my appointments so the hair becomes thinner and easier to manage. See you in a month :)!
