I was struggling with shoulder/neck pain and a trapped nerve so booked the hot stone deep tissue massage. Firstly, due to a room mix up the hot stones weren’t ready. Then they were too hot, so were put on top of a towel and then slid off. The massage felt fine at the time, working out the knots and getting deep into the muscle. But I was left with so much residual muscle pain that I couldn’t sleep and was tender for at least 24 hours. Expensive and unsatisfactory - I won’t be back.

Really disappointing - this was not a deep tissue massage and made no difference to my back pain unfortunately. Also there was nothing relaxing about the massage room. No technique in the massage itself. I rarely treat myself to a massage and am so disappointed to have spent so much money on a useless massage. I really don’t recomend this deep tissue hot stone back massage to anyone who wants to actually relax and/or reaolve back tenaions/pain
