I really appreciated the fact that they have clear views of what will look good on you, the cut was excellent (I got a lot of positive feedback), the tea they made was first rate and I was well looked after. I'm not sure I understand the decor of the salon, but you can't have everything!

The staff are lovely but my experience didn't live up to the impressive reviews. My haircut is hideous and it's going to take months to grow it back to normality. Really upset. I went with what the hairdresser suggested and I'm sure he meant well but I look awful.
