Giovanni was great! Very skilled and LISTED! many other hairdressers just go ahead with what they think you want, while Giovanni took his time to understand what I wanted and delivered it! Great experience will 100% recommend it

Karima was great! She was very attentive to the complex change I wanted and my hair came out looking healthy and fresh despite lots of previous bleaching. The hair looks great:) Thanks again- ask for Karima!!

Cut ok but really not what I asked for. 'Please don't cut off too much from the length' goes from shoulder to ear length, not happy:/
