This has been the best experience I've had at a hair salon so far !
I'm usually a bit anxious when I'm getting my hair cut. But Kerima was lovely, easy to talk to and wonderfully professional. She put me at ease, she listened carefully to what I wanted and gave good advice. As a result, I've never been so happy with a new haircut !
I'm so happy I found this place. I'll be coming back ;)

Accidentally booked the wrong treatment and Giovanni was able to accommodate me. Had a great consultation and got a great cut. Will come back!

How has it taken me this long to find such a great hairdresser as Giovanni! He was honest about suggestions for my fine hair, keen to help me fix problem areas such as breakage, and made my hair look fabulous! Cannot wait for my next visit, I fear I’ll be fighting with my friends for appointments!

I wanted a balayage "top up", first time I'd been to Giovanni and am always nervous with a new colourist but he was great! Listened to what I wanted and took time to really understand. Really great and natural looking balayage. Will be back!
