First time visiting this salon, and Kerima and her colleague (sorry, I didn't catch her name!) were both fab. I asked for Kerima's advice on the cut for my face shape and hair condition and she deff delivered. Love the style!! Also a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Will be back :)

Unfortunately, despite reading reviews, I am really unhappy with the haircut I received - I had a severe fringe cut without asking for it!! It's going to take me ages to grow out, and I had asked for a low maintenance haircut to grow out my layers. The hair wash and treatment was good, but the cut is terrible. Would not recommend for this reason.

I'm in love with the haircut and balayage achieved by the amazing Giovanni and his team! Giovanni truly knows what he does and I trust him 100% with advice. I also had the perfect waves by Kerima (I'm quite particular with blowdrys) and Kerima did it amazingly. Best head massage from Karolina too! Everyone at Perception is incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated and the atmosphere at Giovanni's salon is so warm and welcoming. Thank you everyone 😊
