10/10 experience, Giovanni is a very experienced and expert hairdresser, he made the effort to have a full consultation with me, discussing my hair goals, routine as well as the styles which suited me best. The cut is perfect, will be back!
They changed my appointment twice without consulting me - to a totally different day and then changed the time last minute to hours before what it was supposed to be - I was in Bristol and couldn’t make it back in time so missed the appointment
