One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had and great value, totally unexpected for Palmers Green high street. I’ve been weightlifting four times a week and my muscles were pretty sore. She started by walking on my back and legs, and then stretched out my hamstrings before moving onto upper body, shoulders and head. The rooms are newly decorated, clean and relaxing with meditative music. Will definitely be going back on a regular basis!
