I’m really happy with the way my hair and makeup turned out,my hair is very thick and a pain to manage and the Brazilian treatment I had has made it so easy to manage.I feel like I have a new head of hair,which I never thought could be possible,and it was even better that she was able to come to my house which benefited me a lot. I’d definitely recommend her as she listened and took on board everything I was saying,and then explained what she thought would best suit me. Overall my experience was really good and I felt at ease with her. Thanks very much,and I’ll look forward to booking you again for my next treatment.

Booked and appointment with this makeup artist on Thursday morning, emailed her soon after just to make sure the booking was all confirmed but never got a response. Then on Friday, the day of the appointment I called her and was told she couldn't see me as she was fully booked even though I had managed to book and pay for an appointment. Very frustrating as it left me having to try and arrange something else on the day of my event, and £55 out of pocket as I'm having to wait days to get refunded.
