Agata was excellent. She listened to my issues and adjusted my treatment accordingly. I felt the results of her work right away. Also her advice post treatment was super helpful.
Sports Massage
This place is far from a spa, situated within a nursing home, but don't let that put you off! The staff were lovely and the Thai massage involved lying on a thin mattress on the floor and, effectively, having yoga and Pilates 'done to me'! You're pushed and pulled and massaged firmly to relive aches and pains and knots. I would definitely go again and think it was excellent value for money, it's just not the luxury spa feeling you may want - next time I might try the aromatherapy massage instaead.

Had sore muscles from overtraining, thought I would try out because I overtrained. Now feel so relaxed! Thank you to the wonderful staff! :)
