I made a booking through Treatwell at the time of purchasing the deal. It was a bit of a last minute booking and after a few minutes of booking, I received a call that the time slot I booked was not possible so it was moved to the next morning. It was fine but it is the second time the same thing happened to me with Treatwell (but a different shop) and I don't know why then last minute slots are published when they are not actually available.
The shop is conveniently located right next to Vauxhall station, so it was very convenient to get to. It is one of the larger nail salons I've been to, with three pedicure stations and five or six manicure stations.
When I get nail extensions or any time of manicure, I don't like the use of buffing or filing machines. At this shop, everything was done by just manual filing, and I am glad to have found somewhere that doesn't use machines.
The staff were friendly, and I was offered coffee too.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and I would visit again.

Lovely venue, everything exactly as you'd want it! Only downside was that the colour I chose actually looked completely different in the sunlight once I went outside!

I have been to this salon a few times now, and absolutely love it. The staff are always so helpful. I have been working my way through the menu of treatments my favourite is the Chocolate gluttony pedicure. Surprised by a couple of the reviews on here as I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Very clean, friendly and professional service and brilliant treatments and very good value for money.
