I had booked this facial as I felt I needed a deep cleanse. It is close to home and had good reviews so I thought I give it a go. Firstly.. I booked 60 min however the treatment including me getting changed etc took less than 45 minutes. I know this because I went in later than booked and came out 10 mins earlier. When I mentioned this I was told by the beautician that "her talking" is included in the 60min. It was not as it all took maximum 40 mins. The mask was hardly left on and the cleansing could have been more thorough. I paid full price although didn't receive what I paid for.
