I paid over £30 for a 30 minute pedicure and was told it doesn’t include hard skin - and that I would need to pay extra for a ‘medical’ pedicure. I’ve never experienced a pedicure where hard skin isn’t dealt with. In addition, the staff were very unfriendly and the place isn’t well maintained or cleaned.

Overall it’s a good service. The nail polish they use is curious - good selection of colours but each time ( over 2/3 years of appointments) it seems to separate / not give great coverage almost as if it’s past its sell by date. Usually take my own bottle of polish with me for this reason.

I went there for a corn removal and was booked for 15 minutes. Although the lady removed my corn in three-four minutes she left and when I asked her to come back to insist on the area around the corn she denied. Was very disappointing.
