WOW! I’m training for a marathon at the moment so my calves were feeling very tight, Julia was amazing and I honestly can’t wait to go back! The perfect balance of relaxation and getting to the bits that really needed it, legs felt incredible after and ready to take on a new week of miles 🙏🏼
