I booked my appointment for 11am and it was supposed to be a 10 minute appointment for gel removal. She didn’t start on me until 11:07 and didn’t finish until 11:35 and that’s because i said i need to leave. She still left colour on my nails and took too long. The next client was also waiting for 20 minutes to her appointment as it was at 11:15. Overall nice salon but wouldn’t come back for lack of speed and for lying about how long the appointment would take
