No bad, the assistant was really gentle but they could have longer treatment as the scrubbing part can be too short for a total pedicure.
Good service and staff. Nice atmosphere. Very satisfied. I would recommend this beauty salon. I needed to wait for a while to be attended but well deserved

i was 20mins late for this appointment yet they still saw me; HANDS down i have never had a manicure as good as this one. the lady who did my manicure is a treasure! @PearlSalon please please do not let her leave! . the location is great, i walked there from Moorgate as there was so much traffic, took approx. 20mins (after spending 20mins waiting for the bus!! argghh)
removal of my shellac was good, full manicure was great, salon nice, overal i am very happy. will definitely return.

Treatment rooms are really lovely and spacious, therapist was friendly and professional. The treatment was very well done. Will definitely come back again
