I was welcomed as soon as I entered the salon. All staff were kind and constantly asking if I wanted a drink. I was seen promptly and the hairdresser took great care of my hair. She also offered me tips to improve my scalp and how to get healthy hair without being judgemental. Will definitely be returning!

Worst experience of my life. Very dirty wax pot, therapist did not know how to wax. Even the wax pot she was using was faulty and I feel so uncomfortable and scared while having my wax done. So called staff was speaking their own language. Dirty towels on the Beauty couch. There’s no health and safety in the Salon. I will never ever recommend pearl Hair and beauty (so called) Salon anyone but if someone wish to go there and want to get infected then it’s up to them. Beware of the people who opens dsalons and know nothing about hair and beauty.
Unpleasant experience from the moment of arrival. Despite having booked and paid, the owner tried to turn me away and said that they did not provide henna designs. Begrudgingly a lady from the back of the salon was called, who sat on the chair next to me and began the henna outline very roughly and hastily on my lap and not on a table. I was asked to take my coat off, there was no communication following this and it became very awkward. After this, I was told to put my coat on (which smudged the henna on my hands) and I was ushered out of the shop despite asking for help to get my buspass out of my pocket. Horrible experience and I would not recommend.
