All in all it was ok and my nails looking nice but the last time I've got a manicure treatment there I was much more satisfied (different person, was more efficient), as this time the whole manicure took way too long.

My bikini waxer was efficient and friendly. Not very chatty (not sure if her English was that good) but she got the job done very fast and I was out of there before I knew it. I'd been offered a cup of tea while I waited to be seen which was nice.

Great staff, great treatments, I go back time and time again for my waxing and hair cuts. Very professional staff and a laid back atmosphere, with great value for money considering how close the salon is to the city.
Lovely staff, friendly welcome, relaxed little salon. I am terrible at saying what I want but the hairstylist was a mind reader. Not too much chat during the cut, which is actually how I like it! Will definitely go back, I haven't had such a good cut for such a good price anywhere in London!
