Quite a good service. I arrived on time but had to wait about 10 minutes for my appointment. The salon itself was fine but I was a bit disappointed with the lady carrying out my wax. It was my first wax and despite me telling her this, she did nothing to relax me or explain the process so I was left feeling tense and a little confused. Results are good though

Waxing room was kept very clean. Staff were very through with their waxing making sure the got even the smallest hair! Really liked the style used - quick and painless! Would recommend.
