Very good service, nice staff! Since my first massage session in this place, I was sure I will return, which indeed happend. Diana is a very kind person, a professional masseuse and knows how to take care of you. Even her clam voice helps you relax. :) Today she surprised me in a very very pleasant way! Why? Let's see: By the end of my prevoius massage session, I kind of felt very cold (is not like it was that cold, it's just that I have a low cold tolerance :P) so, I told her if for the next time she could do something in regards. Therefore when I entered the room today, I immediately felt it warmer and she actually prepared the bed with an electric blanket!! That was heaven! :D I have to say that I felt special and I enjoyed it even more! You can tell the staff really cares about their customers and they understand a feedback can be constructive. My compliments to Diana and the rest of the staff! I will definitely recommend the place to my friends! ;) Can't wait for my next session!!! :)

I can't believe how quick, efficient, fairly-priced and pain-free my waxing experience was with Diana at Pearl Salon. This is the second time I've been and both times, both technicians have been discreet, polite and incredibly efficient. They are quick and obviously good at what they do. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone else in need of waxing in the Whitechapel/Aldgate area.
