I was very disappointed. I booked this pedicure as a treat before an event, and having read good reviews and it being very local I was excited. However, from the moment I arrived I was almost ignored. Noone spoke a word as greeting - I introduced myself and was ushered wordlessly to a chair where one therapist whispered something to another ( again not to me), who came over and started the pedicure. I tried to strike up a conversation but was ignored. She asked what nail shape I wanted and that was all. I asked for magazines and was brought some so at least that made it slightly less awkward although not more pleasant.
She actually hurt me with the scissors and I asked if she could be a bit gentler, to which the response was to look at me and continue, completely ignoring my request. I ended up getting a nail infection a couple of days later as a result.
The salon was clean and the polish was neatly done but that was really the only redeeming feature.
A one hour pedicure took 35 minutes, including the 10-15 minutes waiting for the polish to dry.
When offered a loyalty card at the end I pointed out that I hadn't had a great experience- this was practically the first time someone had spoken to me, and the therapist laughed nervously. For something that was supposed to be a treat the whole experience left me feeling pretty down. I'm sure other people had good experiences but I could never recommend - don't go here if you hope for a personal service.
