Loved everything. Quick and little pain. Nicole is the best. Wish they had totaly body waxing package including facial and torso. If they had a heap monthly subscription at 50-60 quid will be good. They have loyalty cards that they stamp currently.

Had a great facial from Diana, it was very thorough and professional, she was very good and my skin feels so clean. It was an hour long dermalogica facial, you have to pay more for extractions but it's worth it.
