Staff are not the most welcoming, but they are professional and the salon is always immaculate. The manicures always last up to two weeks without chipping, so I'm always very pleased with the result. Good value for money.

I really couldn't rate this place high enough. The staff were very friendly, my hairdresser took the time to understand exactly what I wanted from the hair cut and even braided my hair into french pigtails effortlessly. I was in and out in under an hour. Great value for money and great customer service. I'll be going back.

I've been searching for a good nail bar for quite some time now and i found what i wanted in this salon! the girls are soo kind and the service always perfect. the salon is kept clean at all times and appointments are ontime without any overruns. I'm having the shellac mani/pedi and lasts close to 3 weeks everytime.

Nicole did the best job I have ever seen in London. she was nice, knew how to reduce pain and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Fantastic! She apologised for her english level several times, but it is not that bad. good value, will definitely come back.
