I loved the room, it was clean and calming. The woman who did my wax was patient and made sure she did a great job. I always get my waxes done here and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. It's a quiet venue right infront of the Aldgate East tube stop. It's so convienent I love it!

It was my first time at Pearl hair and Beauty.. I love the venue, it is pretty classy and open, providing a luxurious feel. It is clean, open and professional looking. My hairdresser, Raluca was very warm and inviting. She provided a quick and relaxing service with a smile, whilst making friendly convo. I like my hair and it looks and feels much more healthier-I've been receiving many compliments. I had a wash, cut and blow dry here.

Just about to book my next visit to this salon - I visited for the first time in December 2015, and it's only now my hair is starting to look like it needs doing again! This is the first time I've had a haircut that looks better as it grows out - Veronica was very attentive and detailed in her cutting and I'm really pleased with it.

Was very pleased with my Hollywood Wax - this was my first time here. I was in and out in about 20 minutes so perfect to pop over during lunch break. I had Nicole and she was nice, professional and quick - didn't make pointless conversation during the wax which is exactly what I want. Only thing I would say is that I was given no time to get ready and comfortable on my own - I prefer when you are shown to the room then given a couple minutes to yourself rather than the therapist hanging around the room until you're ready. All in all, very good wax, was very pleased and great value for money.
