My therapist Diana was wonderful in explaining my treatment and how I can get the most out of it beyond that one appointment. Ambience was perfect on the day and the treatment itself was wonderful, noticed a difference immediately and will definitely be back to continue with more sessions.

I got a Hollywood wax and I will always go to Pearl because their staff are amazing. They take their time and they do an amazing job. It's clean and easy to get to.

I went in to have a simple fringe trim and unfortunately, this was probably the worst cut I have ever had. The stylist did spend over 20 minutes cutting my fringe but did not listen to anything I was saying and ignored my comments. I was very unhappy and made it known. I didn't think the stylist's reaction was appropriate as I was told that: "it will be fine in a week's time". Although I did get my money back, I do not plan on ever returning to the salon.
